I spoke with Dale on the phone. It was wonderful being able to ask the questions and get his responses back over the phone instead of through email.
1. Knows of several people with a Traumatic Brain Injury, family and friends, some have recovered better than others
2. Limited with that, follows carefully with what the veterans are going through
3. Knows Social Security is limited
4. Has helped as a missionary but says he hasn't done enough
5. He would do everything he could to help those living with Traumatic Brain Injury. He would do two things. 1. He would get the 16th/17th amendment repealed. 2. He would encourage all Americans to make sure we had more representation. He also spoke of the 1929 reapportionment act when we were discussing this.
6. He would get them focused on (disabilities, TBI) in both areas and both categorize

8. The way we are organized now, yes...states should be the ones over education
