I have a sister who is handicapped but since I wish to leave my family
out f my campaign I will say no more about her.
Second the President should not micro manage the government and the laws
are made by Congress. I am glad you are working with your State's
representatives in Congress. I would certainly hope for and recommend
that government sponsored training and education include those with
disabilities and even make special allowances. That is fair and should be
a part of laws that govern at least some of your concerns.
It is often helpful that the president is made aware of special
circumstance so that he can speak up at appropriate times but that is
about as much as a president can really do.
